Use The Glue: A Short Story

And because it was a weekend at home, my cheery 5-year old came up with her first short story!

She needed a little help with the spelling of some words. 🙂

Use The Glue
White glue in a box.
The box is brown.
A man came out to get the glue.
He used the glue for his book.
He bought a chair.
He needed his glue for his chair.
He needs tools too.
He needs glue for his pan.
He needed his glue for his surfboard.
He needs his glue for his doghouse.
The End.

It’s endearing how the little ones think that everything can be fixed with glue or scotch tape.

But here’s a thought: ever wonder why glue doesn’t stick to the container it’s in?

Have a great week, everyone!
