One fine day while we were at my parents’, my brother brought home what looked to be remnants of nachos and a gigantic burger. “It’s from that new place sa may Sykes Building, Ate,” my bro said.  Not being one to turn down food, I readily sampled the almost-unrecognizable burger (being tousled around in a take-out box usually does that). The hubby usually pigs out when we eat out.  What I mean is, his orders usually just vary between pork ribs, pork chops, pork loin, or whatever else pork.  So when I heard about this place that opened up in Uptown Place Mall in BGC which declared they have the “Best Ribs in Town”, I just had to bring the fambam there so that hubby could judge for himself. What’s in store for 2017?

On a more personal note, I’ve experienced several milestones in 2016 which led me to thinking: What’s in store for me in 2017?  Well, since one highlight of 2017 was being able to start MommySOM, I figure I should kick off the blog this year on a high and hopeful note.  The past year sure had a lot of challenges, but here’s what I am most thankful for in 2016 and what I pray 2017 will bring.
